Axi now offers simple crypto payment options for Tether (USDT) through the TRC-20 (TRON) & ERC-20 (Ethereum) networks.
Tether (USDT) is a stablecoin that is pegged to the US Dollar. It is currently the world’s largest stablecoin, with a market capitalization of nearly $83 billion. As of May 2022, Tether was the third largest cryptocurrency, after Bitcoin & Ethereum.

To fund your Axi account using Tether, just follow the steps below!
Step 1: Go to your Client Portal, choose Add Funds from the left-hand menu and select ‘Tether’
Step 2: Enter your cryptocurrency address, click Save Address, and verify it.
- If you use ECR-20 (Ethereum network), your address will start with ‘0x’
- If you use TRC-20 (TRON network), your address will start with ‘T’
Step 3: Select the amount, convert it into your account currency, accept the T&Cs, and continue
Step 4: Scan the QR code / copy the wallet address to your cryptocurrency wallet to complete the transfer
Step 5: Hit Send/Transfer
You’re all done!
The money will be transferred to your account within a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on your payment option.
